Yes. We can coordinate the management transfer, request the property records and keys, notify the renter and guide you through the handover process.
Who will actually manage my property?
Common Ground Property is intentionally personal. Renee remains directly involved in the management and communication around your property.
How do you work out a rental appraisal?
We consider current comparable rentals, property condition and features, location, recent market activity and the likely level of renter demand. The goal is a realistic recommendation, not an inflated number designed to win the listing.
What areas do you service?
